How you can stand for election

Voting isn't the only way you can have your say and make a difference.

You could get even more involved by being elected to your Council or to the Scottish Parliament.

Councillors and MSPs (Members of Scottish Parliament) are people like you, who want to make Scotland a better place. You don't need any particular qualifications to stand as a candidate.
